摘 要:以烤烟品种中烟103为材料,研究了湖北省恩施州不同海拔(600、800、1 000、1 300、1 700 m)对烤后烟叶中性致香物质含量的影响。结果表明,海拔对烤烟中性致香物质含量有着明显的影响。海拔800 m的烤烟中性致香物质总量以及除棕色化反应产物类外的各组分含量均最高,其次为海拔1 000 m,而海拔1 300 m的烤烟中性致香物质总量以及各组分含量均最低。海拔对不同类致香物质含量的影响程度不同,其影响大小依次为:类西柏烷类>新植二烯>苯丙氨酸类>胡萝卜素类>棕色化反应产物类。在大田试验条件下,海拔800~1 000 m的烤烟有着较高的中性致香物质含量。With Zhongyan 103 as material,field experiments were conducted at the different altitudes(600,800,1000,1300,1700m)in Enshi Autonomous Prefecture,Hubei prvionce to study the effects of altitudes on contents of aroma components of flue-cured tobacco.The result showed that the altitudes had obvious influence on contents of aroma components of flue-cured tobacco.The tobacco leaves contained the highest total aroma components and content of each components except for browning reaction products when grown at an altitude of 800m,while at the altitude of 1000m takes the second plance,and the lowest at an altitude of 1300m.The effects of altitudes on different kinds of aroma components were different,from big to small in proper order was cembratriendiol,neophytadience,phenylalanine,carotenoid,products of browing reaction.Under the condition of this experiment,the tobacco leaves contained the higher contents of aroma components when grown at altitude of 800-1000m.
