摘 要:为研究小花假泽兰的抑菌活性成分,采用活性跟踪法对小花假泽兰的全株乙醇提取物进行分离,并利用现代波谱技术(IR、1H-NMR和13C-NMR)对已分离的化合物进行结构鉴定.结果表明:从小花假泽兰中分离出4种具有抑菌活性的化合物,分别为豆甾醇、去氧薇甘菊内酯、二氢薇甘菊内酯和β-谷甾醇.采用生长速率法和孢子萌发法测定其中2种化合物(去氧薇甘菊内酯和二氢薇甘菊内酯)对8种重要植物病原菌的抑制作用.结果表明:这2种化合物对小麦纹枯病菌、辣椒疫霉病菌和棉花立枯病菌的菌丝生长抑制作用较强,100mg·L-1剂量下抑制率均在90%以上;对小麦纹枯病菌的有效抑制中浓度(EC50)分别为5.61和18.24mg·L-1;对辣椒疫霉病菌的EC50分别为13.88和12.84mg·L-1;对番茄灰霉病菌孢子萌发的EC50分别为10.49和34.68mg·L-1;对玉米大斑病菌孢子萌发的EC50分别为48.79和75.47mg·L-1.这2种化合物对农业植物病原菌的抑菌活性均为首次报道.In order to study the antifungal components of Mikania micrantha H.B.K,four compounds were isolated from ethanol extracts of whole-plant M.micrantha based on bioactivity-guided isolation,and their chemical structures were identified as stigmasterol (1),deoxymikanolide (2),dihydromikanolide (3) and β-sitosterol (4) by spectral methods (IR,^1H-NMR,^13C-NMR).The fungicidal activities of compounds (2) and (3) were tested in vitro.Results showed that they had definite inhibitory effect against the mycelium growth of Rhizoctonia cerealis Vander Hoeven,Phytophthora capsici Leon and Rhizoctonia solani,and the inhibition rates were both over 90% under the concentration of 100 mg·L^-1,and the median effective concentration (EC50) values against the mycelium growth of R.cerealis were 5.61 and 18.24 mg·L^-1,P.capsici being 13.88 and 12.84 mg·L^-1,respectively.Compounds (2) and (3) had strong inhibitory effect against the spore germination of Botrytis cinerea Pers.et Tris with an EC50 value of 10.49 and 34.68 mg·L^-1,and Exserohilum turcicum (Pass) Leonard with an EC50 value of 48.79 and 75.47 mg·L^-1,respectively.In addition,this is the first report on the fungicidal activities of compounds (2) and (3).
