马铃薯不同种收期的块茎作种对其下代各性状的影响

摘　　要：为了探索马铃薯不同种收期块茎作种对产量及相关性状的影响,以马铃薯新品种毕薯2号为试验材料,设春种夏收、春种秋收、秋种冬收3种薯块作种对下代的产量及相关性状影响进行试验分析。结果表明:春种夏收和秋种冬收薯作种,在块茎生长期间由于经受高温的时间短,生理年龄较小,而且由于躲过了蚜虫迁飞高峰期,使感毒机会减少,因此其产量显著提高、病毒病害显著减轻,所以作为生产马铃薯种薯,春种夏收和秋播冬收留种是提高种薯质量、减轻马铃薯退化的有效措施。Three kinds of seed potatoes collected from different sowing and harvesting season patterns of spring-sowing and summer-harvesting,spring-sowing and autumn-harvesting,and autumn-sowing and winter-harvesting were analyzed to study effects of seed potatoes collected from different sowing and harvesting season on yield and correlated characters of their next generation.The results showed that the seed potatoes from spring-sowing and summer-harvesting season,and autumn-sowing and winter-harvesting season could raise potato yield and reduce virus disease rate significantly because of the seed potatoes with short high temperature period,young physiological age and low virus infection rate under their growth period.Therefore,the seed potatoes from spring-sowing and summer-harvesting season,and autumn-sowing and winter-harvesting season are the effective measures to improve seed potato quality and reduce potato degeneration.
