摘　　要：企业技术创新在国民经济发展中所起的作用日益显著,而技术创新支撑系统是企业技术创新潜力转化为现实创新能力的决定性因素及动力所在。企业技术创新支撑系统的不断完善与优化是一个复杂的系统工程,法律制度、财政、金融、中介服务、人力资本等对技术创新均具有重要的作用与功能。The technological innovation of an enterprise has played an increasingly prominent role in national economic development,whereas the supporting system for technological innovation is the decisive factor and driving force which turn the potential of technological innovation into real innovation capacity.The continuous improvement and optimization of the supporting system of technological innovation is a complicated systematic project.This paper discusses the important role and functions that legal system,finance,banking,intermediary services and human capital play in technological innovation.
