摘　　要：中国现场流行病学培训项目的主要目的是培养中国公共卫生工作人员现场流行病学工作必备的基础知识和专业技能,提高独立开展流行病学现场组织、实施调查和应急处置的综合能力。项目成立10年来,为中国公共卫生人才的培养创建了一套有特色的围绕现场实习指导和核心课程教学的管理模式和评估方法,培养了一批批能够解决疾病控制工作实际问题的中国公共卫生高级技术带头人。The main purpose of the Chinese Field Epidemiology Training Program is to train Chinese health workers’specialized skill and elementary knowledge in the field epidemiology,to promote their comprehensive capability of independent organization,investigation and emergency handling.In 10 years since its founding,the program has created a set of tailored management models and assessment tools for the fieldwork and core curriculum teaching.One after another batch of senior public health leaders who were able to solve the actual problems in disease control and prevention were fostered.
