摘　　要：集群中企业间的相互关系和性质是理解企业集群现象的重要基础。集群企业以聚居的形态嵌入社会网络中,并通过资源获取优势和本身的各种运行机理,来促进集群企业的快速健康发展。企业集群的社会网络以及企业内部和外部的各种网络资源共同推动了集群的发展演化。通过社会网络视角来考察集群企业间的关系网络,便于对企业集群的产生、形成和发展等不同阶段与社会网络的互动关系进行深入研究。Enterprises＇ inter - relationship and the nature are an important foundation to understand the phenomenon of enterprise clus- ters. Enterprises clusters are embedded into social networks in form of concentration, and promotes enteprises ＇ healthy development by the way of gaining resources advantage and their respective operation mechanism. Enterprise Clusters＇ social networks and a variety of internal and external network resources jointly promoted the development and evolution of the clusters. From the social network point of view, this dessertation examines the relationship network among the enterprises in order to facilitate the intensive study of the emer- gence of enterprise clusters, formation and development at different stages and the interaction among social networks.
