摘 要:为确定沥青路面在施工过程中受热产生短期老化对沥青性能参数的影响,采用薄膜烘箱对原样沥青加热5h、10h、15h、20h,评价沥青三大指标及135℃粘度随老化时间的变化情况,以便指导沥青路面施工。同时通过灰色关联理论分析老化后沥青三大指标对135℃粘度的影响,结果表明:沥青老化后针入度、延度大幅减少,软化点、粘度大致呈线性变化趋势,且老化后三大指标与135℃粘度的相关关系为软化点>针入度>延度。In order to illustrate the impact of short-term aging effects on asphalt performance parameters during the pavement construction process, using asphalt TFOT heat the original asphalt for 5h, 10h. 15h. 20h, it evaluates three major indicators and 135℃ of asphalt viscosity changing with aging time, so as to guide the considerations during the asphalt pavement construction. At the same time, by using gray theory, it analyzes the impact of three main indicators asphalt on 135℃ viscosity after aging. Experiment results show that after asphalt aging, the needle penetration and prolongation fall sharply, softening point and viscosity changes approximately follow linear trends. Meanwhile, the correlation between three major indicators and 135℃ of asphalt viscosity are as following: softening point 〉 needle penetration 〉 prolongation.
