摘　　要：利用典型相关分析和偏相关分析方法,根据江苏1996—2008年时间序列数据和2007年截面数据,对江苏科技人才与新兴产业发展进行深入分析,揭示各类专业技术人员、从事科技活动人员和研究与发展人员对江苏高新技术产业发展产生的重要影响。Based on the chronological series data from1996 to 2008 and the cross-sectional data of 2007 in Jiangsu Province, this paper adopts canonical correlation analysis and partial correlation analysis methods to make an in-depth analysis of the science and technology talents and the development of emerging industries and reveal the significant impact of all kinds of professional and technical talents, personnel engaged in activities of science and technology as well as research and development personnel on the development of high-tech industries in Jiangsu Province.
