摘　　要：生态文明是一种继工业文明之后的以生态产业或产业生态化为主要特征的文明形态。绿色技术的发展有助于促进生态文明建设。生态文明视野下的绿色技术开发,应坚持在保护中开发,在开发中保护的原则。我国生态文明建设要贯彻落实科学发展观,以生态文明的消费方式引领绿色技术发展,加强对传统工业的技术生态化改造,建立健全保证和支持发展绿色技术的经济政策、法律法规。Ecological civilization is a form of civilization mainly featured with ecological industry or industry ecology followed with industrial civilization. The development of green technology is conducive to promote the construction of ecological civilization. Green technology development from the perspective of ecological civilization must adhere to the principle of protecting in the development and developing in protection. China＇s ecological civilization construction needs to implement scientific development concept, lead green- technology development with the consumption patterns of ecological civilization, strengthen the ecological transformation of technologies in traditional industries and establish, perfect, guarantee and support economic policies, laws and regulations designed for the green technology development.
