摘　　要：实验技术队伍是高校实验教学和科研工作中不可缺少的主力军,加强实验技术队伍建设是培养高素质创新人才的重要保证。该文在对当前高校实验技术队伍建设现状和存在问题的原因分析的基础上,提出了对加强高校实验技术队伍建设的几点思考。The laboratory technician team is the main force of experiment teaching and scientific effort in colleges and universities,and enhancing construction of laboratory technician team is the important guarantee for training innovative talents.Herein,based upon the analysis of the existing problems in laboratory technician team,some opinions to strengthen construction of laboratory technician team are put forward.
