摘　　要：随着我国会展业的迅速崛起,为了保障其顺利可持续发展,有关会展项目质量评估标准的研究日益受到关注。应用层次分析法对会展项目成功度评估的实际操作进行了探讨,从企业能力出发,提出基于层次分析方法建立会展项目成功度评估的模型和标准,使会展企业做出准确合理的选择,使会展项目质量达到理想的效果。With the miraculous rise of MICE industry in China,to ensure its sustainable development,the research of the MICE project quality evaluation criteria has attracted increasing attention.In this paper,the practice of the MICE project success-evaluation is discussed based on AHP（Analytic Hierarchy Process）.From the view of enterprise-capability,the MICE project success evaluation mode hand criteria based on AHP are estabilshed here,which will ensure the accuracy and reasonableness of selection made by MICE businesses,and also improve the quality of exhibition projects.
