摘  要:目的探索青少年糖尿病患者健康管理的有效方法。方法选取36例青少年1型和2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用管床护士健康教育为主要干预手段;观察组在此基础上加用同伴教育法健康干预。观察比较干预前后两组患者对糖尿病知识掌握情况,焦虑情绪的变化及血糖的变化。结果两组患者对糖尿病知识的掌握程度都有所提高,观察组较对照组提高显著;两组患者焦虑情绪在干预后都有所降低,观察组患者降低幅度更大;两组患者干预后空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖都有明显降低,观察组降低幅度更大:以上差异均有统计学意义。结论在常规健康教育的基础上加用同伴教育法对青少年糖尿病患者进行健康管理,可促使他们更好地接受糖尿病健康知识,减少其负性情绪,有效控制血糖,提高治疗的依从性。Objective To explore effective method for health management in young patients with diabetes. Methods 36 teenagers with type 1 and type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Tube-bed nurses' health education was applied in control group, while peer education based on tube-bed nurses' health education was applied in observation group. The acceptability for diabetic knowledge, patients' behavioral and emotional changes as well as blood glucose variation were observed from these two groups before and after education. Results After intervention of health management, both groups' acceptability of diabetic knowledge increased to some extent, more significantly in observation group; the anxiety emotion of two groups reduced after education and more significantly in observation group; fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose were lowered in both groups after education, but there was a greater decline in the observation group. Conclusion The adoption of peer education method based on health education for health management in teenagers with diabetes can urge them to accept diabetes knowledge better, reduce their negative emotions and control blood glucose effectively, therefore improve patients' compliance.
