摘 要:目的,探讨小学青年教师一般自我效能感和人格特质的特点及其两者的关系。方法,以杭州市12所小学的295名小学青年教师作为被试,采用具有较好信、效度的一般自我效能量表(GSES)和艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)进行问卷调查。结果,小学青年教师的自我效能感在执教年段、性别和学科性质无显著差异,在城乡师源上有显著差异。男、女教师在E、P、L因子上无显著差异。在N因子上,男、女教师有极其显著的差异。在学科性质和城乡师源上无显著差异。一般自我效能感与人格特质中的E、P、L因子无显著相关,在N因子上具有显著负相关。人格特质对一般自我效能感的多元逐步回归分析表明N(神经质)对一般自我效能感有非常大的影响。结论,小学青年教师一般自我效能感与人格特质存在一定关系。Objective, To study the relationship between general self-efficacy and personality characteristics in Elementary school young teachers. Methods, 295 Elementary school young teachers in 12 Elementary Schools of Hangzhou were undertaken with the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) and General self-effieacy Scale (GSES). Results, The results showed that general self-efficacy of the Elementary school young teachers have no significant difference in grades, sex and courses, and have significant difference in comefrom. There was no significant difference of sexes, courses and comet^om about the score of E, P and L. There was significant difference of sex about the score of N. Greneal self-efficacy was positively correlated to the score of E,P and L , and was negatively correlated to the score of N. Stepwise regression analyses showed that the score of N (EPQ) has great influence in general self-efficacy. Conclusion, General self-efficacy in Elementary school young teachers were certain correlated with their personality characteristisc.
