摘  要:微米木纤维模压制品是一种新型高强度人造木基材料制品,其握钉力的计算及握钉结合部合理结构的设计均与握钉结合部的载荷分布情况有关。笔者以弹性力学为基础,分析了握钉结合部的受力和变形关系,运用数学手段,推导出微米木纤维模压制品握钉结合部载荷分布的一般计算公式,证明了载荷分布曲线是一条内凹曲线,并提出了最佳分布条件。A micron wood-fiber molded product is a new kind of high-strength man-made wooden product.The calculation of its screw-holding capability and the design of reasonable structure at the binding site of the holding screw are both relative to the load distribution at the binding site.In this paper,based on elastic mechanics,we analyze the relation of load and deformity at the binding site of the holding screw.Using mathematical method,we deduce the general equation for calculating load distribution at the binding site of the holding screw of micron wood-fiber molded products.The load distribution curve is verified to be concave.The optimal distribution condition is proposed.The results are helpful for increasing the screw-holding capability and structural design of the new products.
