摘　　要：一直以来,用户欠交电费是电网企业经营管理工作中的一道难题,因电费引发的诉讼占供用电业务诉讼的44.82%。整理分析了近年来国家电网公司系统因电费引发诉讼的案件情况,从拖欠电费、电价调整、供用电合同条款分歧、违约用电等分析了电费诉讼案件的发案原因及此类案件反映出的相关问题,提出了电网企业加强电费诉讼案件处理的策略。Timely collection of power charges has been a difficult problem to power supply companies for a long time, and lawsuits over power bills account for 44.82% of all the legal actions in connection with power supply and use. This paper looks into some of these lawsuits that the SGCC companies encountered these years and traces their origins in terms of delayed or defaulted payment of power charges, power tariff adjustment, discrepancies in the interpretation of the terms of the agreements on power supply and use, and it also analyzes the relative issues on power use in breach of contract, and then proposes constructive strategies in addressing these lawsuits for power grid companies.
