高效毛细管气相色谱法测定大蒜素及其制剂含量

摘　　要：目的建立高效毛细管气相色谱法测定原料药和制剂中大蒜素含量。方法样品经正己烷稀释,采用分流进样方式,分流比为50∶1,用HP-5石英毛细管柱经程序升温技术分离,FID检测器检测,内标法计算含量。结果平均加样回收率为99.03%,RSD=0.99%(n=9)。结论该方法简便、可靠,可用于大蒜素原料药及其制剂的含量测定。Objective To determine the allitride content in raw materials and preparations of allitride by high performance capillary gas chromatography with internal standard.Methods The samples were diluted with n-hexane,the split stream sampling was applied and the split ratio was 50 ∶1.The samples were isolated by capillary column,and the temperature was gradually raised.The results were detected by FID and calculated by internal standard method.Results The total average recovery rate was 99.03%,RSD was 0.99%（n=9）.Conclusion The method is convenient and reliable,which can be used for the content determination of raw materials and preparations of allitride.
