内蒙古草原生态劣化的深层生态学思考

摘　　要：本文立足深层生态学视角,从制度与文化两个层面剖析了内蒙古草原生态劣化的原因:农耕文化的蚕食;工业化与市场经济的冲击;草场使用制度的未能顺时应变。同时,提出有针对性的草原生态治理思路:理性回归草原文化;探索现代游牧方式;高筑夯实制度之堤。Based on the theory of deep ecology, the article analyzes the causes for ecological deterioration of Inner Mongolian grassland from the perspective of both system and culture, such as the nibbling of farming culture, the impact of industrialization and market economy, the inflexible grassland utilization system. In the meantime, it suggests the targeted ecological management of grassland： that is, rational return to grassland culture, exploration for modern nomadic style and strengthening of systems.
