摘　　要：技术民主化思想是安德鲁.芬伯格技术批判理论的核心。他批判传统技术理论对技术采取或者接受或者放弃的态度,认为技术是处于不同可能性之间的发展过程。他指出可通过技术争论、创新对话和参与设计、创造性的再利用等途径实现技术的民主化。技术民主化的阻力来自于社会的意识形态以及现代技术本身。技术民主化思想为更好地理解技术的本性,把对技术的哲学分析建立在技术的经验研究基础之上,具有理论意义。Democratizing technology is the core of Andrew Feenbery＇s critical theory.He criticizes traditional theory of technology for accepting or refusing technology,then he pointed out technology is probably in different choices.The concrete ways of realizing the ideas are technical controversies,innovative dialogues and creative appropriations,the obstacles are social ideology and modern technology itself.The theory of democratizing technology still have theoretical meanings for more understanding technology,and for the philosophic understanding of technology on the basis of experience.
