摘 要:为探讨MRI在四肢骨肿瘤检查中的作用,对8例四肢骨肿瘤病人同时行MRI、CT和X线平片检查,并将影像资料与术后病理结果对比分析。结果:5例MRIT1WI均呈均匀低信号,T2WI呈高信号;3例T1和T2WI呈混杂信号。1例X线平片和CT术前表现为骨巨细胞瘤,MRI呈动脉瘤性骨囊肿表现。CT和X线平片均表现为限局性骨质破坏,呈膨胀性,骨皮质变薄或消失。结果表明,MRI在显示肿瘤基质、肿瘤内出血和坏死、肿瘤在髓内范围及其周围情况方面较优越,CT在显示骨质破坏、轻度骨膜反应方面较优越。Eight cases of bone tumor were examined by MRI, CT and plain film. 5 cases MRI showed low signal intensity on T 1 WI and high signal intensity on T 2 WI. 3 cases of MRI showed mixed signal intensity on T 1 and T 2 WI. CT and plain film both showed cortical thinning and destruction. These results shown that MRI was superior to CT and plain film in demonstrating areas of tissue inhomogeneity within the tumor as well as soft tissue extension. CT was superior in demonstrating cortical destraction and subtal reation.
