榄香烯乳与阿霉素治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察榄香烯乳注射液（Ｌｘ）与阿霉素（ＡＤＭ）胸腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法对３１例采用Ｌｘ、２７例采用ＡＤＭ胸腔内注射治疗的恶性胸腔积液进行疗效对比分析。结果Ｌｘ组总有效率显著高于ＡＤＭ组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论Ｌｘ胸腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液是较为理想的药物之一，其疗效明显优于ＡＤＭ，具有抗肿瘤且不良反应小、无骨髓抑制及有增强免疫力的特点，病人易于耐受。Objective To evaluate clinical effect of eiemene emulsion injection and adriamycin intrapleural injection in malignant pleural effuaions. Methods 58 cases with malignantpleural effusions were classified into two groups. 31 cases in the eiemene group were treated witheiemene intrapleural injectiom. 27 cases in the adriamycin group were treated with adriamycin. Results Clinical total effective rate in the eiemene group was significantly higher than adriamycingroup (PRO' 05). Conclusion Eiemene intrapleural injection is ideal when used to treat malignantpleural effusions. It has strong anti--cancer effet with few side effects does not restrain marrow andcan strengthen immunity. The patients acceptit easily.
