瘤段半膝关节截除灭活再植21例疗效分析

摘　　要：采用瘤段半膝关节截除酒精灭活再植，辅以术前、术后化疗的方法治疗２１例近膝关节的下肢恶性骨肿瘤。术后随访，２例在术后３～６个月局部复发、肺转移死亡，７例术后２～３个月出现肺或广泛转移死亡（其中１例术后因切口感染再截肢），余１２例无瘤存活５ａ以上。存活病例患膝关节可屈伸６０°～９０°，能负重行走。cases of near knee joint malignant bone tumor were treated with alcohol inactivation allograft of tumor segment half knee joint amputation with pre and post operational chemotherapy.In the follow up sarvey,2 cases were dead of local recurrence and lung metastasis after 3～6 monthes,7 cases were dead of lung or general metastasis after 2～3 monthes(1 of which was re operated with limb amputation because of incision infection).The other 12 cases survived tumor free move than 5 years.The survived patients can carry weight walk and care themselves,knee joint function flexure extention rate is 60～90°.
