摘　　要：目的探讨Ｂ７与ＣＤ２８和ＣＴＬＡ４作为共刺激信号在抗肿瘤免疫中的作用。方法应用逆转录聚合酶链反应（ＲＴＰＣＲ）和免疫组织化学方法，检测４５例泌尿系肿瘤Ｂ７基因在ｍＲＮＡ和蛋白水平的表达情况。结果ＲＴＰＣＲ１１例阳性，免疫组化６例阳性，ＲＴＰＣＲ与免疫组化的检测结果有所不同。病理切片观察Ｂ７阳性肿瘤有明显的淋巴细胞浸润，肿瘤内有坏死。结论某些肿瘤细胞表达Ｂ７基因，肿瘤内有抗肿瘤免疫反应。Objective To elucidate the impotant role of B7 in eliciting antitumor immunity. Methods B7 expresion was studied by means of RT PCR and immunohistochemistry (IH) in 45 tumors of the urinary system. Results RT PCR revealed 11 positive B7 mRNA out of 45 while IH revealed 6 positive B7 mRNA in 11.Pathological sections showed that tumors with B7 expression have infiltration of lymphocytes and areas of necrosis indicating the presence of antitumor immunity responce. Conclusions It was speculated that B7 expression might be related to the prognosis of urinary tumors.
