摘　　要：目的探讨前列腺特异性抗原（ＰＳＡ）在前列腺外肿瘤组织中的表达及其意义。方法用免疫组化法分别对５５例睾丸肿瘤（ＴＴ）、４６例肾细胞癌（ＲＣＣ）和５１例肾上腺肿瘤（ＡｄＴ）组织中ＰＳＡ和类固醇激素受体（ＡＲ、ＰＲ、ＥＲ）进行监测。结果ＰＳＡ在ＴＴ、ＲＣＣ、ＡｄＴ组织中表达率分别为４１％、４１％和４４％。其表达均与ＡＲ和（或）ＰＲ的存在有关。ＰＳＡ在功能性ＡｄＴ组织中的表达高于非功能性者。ＰＳＡ阳性ＴＴ及ＲＣＣ患者５年生存率明显高于ＰＳＡ阴性者。结论ＰＳＡ在前列腺外肿瘤组织中亦有表达，可以是ＴＴ及ＲＣＣ患者的预后指标，ＰＳＡ的存在可能与ＡｄＴ的功能性有关。Objective To study PSA expression and its significance in testicular,renal and adrenal tumors. Methods With immunohistochemical assay (SABC mode),PSA expression,androgen and progestin receptors (AR,PR) were studied in specimens of testicular tumor from 55 patients,46 renal cell carcinoma specimens and in 51 adrenal tumor specimens.40 cases of testicular tumor and 41 cases of renal cell carcinoma have been followed up. Results PSA expression was positive in 41% of testicular tumors,41% of renal cell carcinoma and in 44% of adrenal tumors,the expression being all related to AR and/or PR.The PSA expression was significantly higher in functional adrenal tumors than in nonfunctional ones.The 5 year survival rate of either testicular tumor or renal cell carcinoma patients with positive PSA expression was significantly higher than those with negative PSA expression. Conclusions PSA expression could be positive in non prostatic tumors and might serve as a prognostic indicator for testicular tumor or renal cell carcinoma patients.PSA might also play some physiological role in functional adrenal tumors.
