摘　　要：低碳房地产作为中国低碳经济的突破口必将引起生产方式、生活方式及价值观念的深刻变革。中国发展低碳房地产面临着众多障碍与困难,本文通过剖析现存问题,提出相应的发展对策。Low carbon real estate is the breakthrough of Low carbon economy in China and it will cause profound changes in production, life style and concept of value. China＇s real estate development of low carbon faced many obstacles and difficulties, according to existing problems, the author put forward the low carbon estate system and technical support system of policies and measures.
