摘 要:以典型籼稻七山占和典型粳稻秋光所构建的重组自交系群体为试材,对维管束性状与穗部性状进行了相关分析的结果表明:倒二节间大维管束韧皮部面积与颖花数呈极显著正相关,大小维管束数、大维管束韧皮部面积与一、二次枝梗数呈极显著正相关,倒二节间大维管束木质部面积和大维管束面积与一、二枝梗结实率和结实率呈显著正相关。说明在倒二节间大、小维管束数量多的前提下,大维管束韧皮部面积,大维管束木质部面积等性状的优良,有利于改善穗部性状。The R IL s population that derived from the cross between Qishanzhan (indica) and Arkihikari (japonica) was used to study relationship between vascular bundle and panicle characteristics. The results showed that the phloem area of large vascular bundle in top second stem was significantly correlated with spikelets per panicle; there existed significant correlation among number of large and small vascular bundles, phloem area of large vascular bundle in top second stem and primary and secondary branches; the xylem area of large vascular bundle and area of large vascular bundle in top second stem had significant correlation with seed setting rate of primary and secondary branches and seed setting percentage, which indicated that large amount of large and small vascular bundle and large areas of phloem and xylem in top second stem are beneficial to improve panicle characteristics.
