B超引导下羊膜腔穿刺羊水细胞检查1377例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨B超引导下羊膜腔穿刺抽取羊水行细胞检查在产前诊断中的应用价值。方法:对1377例有产前诊断指征的孕妇在B超引导下行羊膜腔穿刺抽取羊水进行遗传学及生物化学检测,并观察母婴并发症。结果:发现染色体异常核型73例;重型α-地中海贫血4例,重型β-地中海贫血4例;B19病毒DNA(+)3例,风疹病毒RNA(+)2例,其中35例孕妇选择终止妊娠。1377例孕妇行羊膜腔穿刺均未出现严重的母婴并发症。结论:正确掌握适应证,在B超引导下行羊膜腔穿刺羊水细胞检查,并发症少,是一种安全、简便、可靠的产前诊断方法。Objective：To approach the value in clinical application of amniocentesis and amniocyte examination after Bultrasound guiding.Methods：The genetic and biochemical exam of amniotic fluid of 1 377 pregnant women who had mark in prenatal diagnose had done amniocentesis after B-ultrasound guiding,and obverted the complication.Results：73 pregnant women with abnormal chromosome,4 cases with severeα-Mediterranean anemia,4 cases with severe β-Mediterranean anemia,3 cases with VB19-DNA（＋）,2 cases were with RU-RNA（＋）.In those abnormal cases,35 pregnant women chose to terminate gestation.Conclusion：Control exact indication for amniocentesis and amniocyte examination after Bultrasound guiding is few complication,and a safe,convenient,feasible way in prenatal diagnosis.
