摘  要:目的:研究颈交感神经对偏头痛大鼠硬脑膜神经源性血管扩张的影响,初步探讨交感神经在偏头痛发病中的作用机制。方法:实验动物随机分成两组,分别行颈交感神经切断术与假手术。术后12天电刺激三叉神经节制造偏头痛模型,使用激光多普勒血流仪和放射免疫法测定电刺激前与电刺激后的硬脑膜血流量和颈静脉血降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平。结果:电刺激三叉神经节后两组大鼠硬脑膜血流量及颈静脉血CGRP水平均显著升高(P<0.05),而假手术组的硬脑膜血流量升高明显高于颈交感神经切断组(P<0.05),两组之间的CGRP水平升高无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:颈交感神经在偏头痛大鼠硬脑膜神经源性血管扩张中发挥着重要促进作用,这种作用是不依赖于CGRP水平的。Objective:To investigate the involvement of cervical sympathetic nerve in migrainous rat's dural neurogenic vasodilatation(NV),and to explore sympathetic nerve's mechanism of action in migraine attacks.Methods:All of the animals were randomly divided into two groups,and cervical sympathectomy and sham operation were done respectively.Electrical stimulation of the trigeminal ganglion(TG) were conducted to establish migraine model for 12 days after the operations.Laser Doppler flowmetry and radioimmunoassay were used to measure dura blood flow and jugular veinous calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) levels before and after electrical stimulation.Results :In both groups,dural blood flow and jugular venous blood CGRP levels were significantly increased after electrical stimulation of TG(P0.05),however,the augmentation of dural blood flow in sham-operated group was significantly higher than cervical sympathectomized group(P0.05)while there is no significant difference between the two groups in increment of CGRP levels(P0.05).Conclusion:Cervical sympathetic nerve play an important catalytic role in migrainous rat's dural neurogenic vasodilatation(NV),the mechanism underlying of this effect is independent of CGRP levels.
