摘 要:为了降低发动机的整机辐射噪声,采用虚拟预测-形貌优化方法对某柴油机油底壳进行了低噪声改进设计。将虚拟预测方法与试验法有机结合,采用有限元法与声学边界元仿真相结合的设计思路:用试验法实测油底壳表面振动载荷,用有限元法分析载荷作用下的动态响应,用声学边界元仿真模拟由该动态响应引起的辐射噪声;并在此基础上对原油底壳运用形貌优化的方法进行以降低辐射噪声为目标的优化设计,同时,在形貌优化结果的基础上,结合冲压结构加工工艺性要求提出了改进方案。研究结果表明:形貌优化方法的仿真结果与试验结果吻合较好,总辐射声功率级降低了3.2 dB,降噪效果明显。An improved topography optimization approach based on virtual prediction method was proposed to reduce the radiated noise of a diesel engine stamping oil-pan. The method comprised the FEM, acoustic simulation method and necessary experiment. The dynamic load applied on the oil-pan surface was de- tected by experiment, then the dynamic response under this load was analyzed adopting FEM, the noise radi- ation of the surface vibration in the oil-pan was computed using acoustic simulation method. On the basis of these procedures, the optimization of low noise oil-pan can be conducted. The simulation results agree well with experiment data, the radiation noise of the improved oil-pan has been significantly reduced , and the total radiated power level reduces by 3.2 dB.
