摘 要:摩托车车架的动态特性是影响整车振动舒适性的重要因素,目前对车架挂发动机动态特性的研究很少。利用实验法和解析法分析了摩托车车架和车架挂发动机的结构动态特性,结果表明发动机极大地改变了车架结构动态特性,因此车架挂发动机的动态特性对整车振动更具参考意义。通过对多款车架挂发动机的试验和计算分析,提出了车架挂发动机结构的1种有限元建模方法—把发动机简化为具有质量和转动惯量的0维质量单元,通过MSC.Nastran中的RBE2单元与车架刚性连接,能在设计阶段获知发动机对车架结构的影响。The dynamic characteristic of motorcycle frame is an important factor for its comfortableness. Currently, the influence of engine on the frame's dynamic characteristic is not paid enough attention. The dynamic characteristics of frame with and without engine were analyzed experimentally and analytically. The results show that the engine influences the frame's structure characteristics greatly, thus, the modal characteristic of the frame with engine is more significant for studying the motorcycle's comfortableness. Analyzed and calculated some frames with engine, an effective and simple finite element modeling method for the frame with engine, where the engine was considered as a mass point connected to the frame by MSC. Nastran RBE2 element, was presented and validated, and it can be used to predict the influence of engine on the frame's dynamic characteristic in the design stage.
