美国高校竞技篮球与职业篮球人才输送链衔接研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料,数理统计等研究方法,对NBA球员及选秀球员的构成进行了分析,发现2007年NBA球员76%来自NCAA,2005-2008三年NBA每年新招球员82.9%来NCAA。NCAA是NBA真正的脊梁,起主要的支撑作用。美国高校篮球与职业篮球人才输送链紧密衔接的成功经验有:体育与教育有机结合的教育制度在制度层面保证了运动员在思想品德、学术水准和竞技水平方面的全面发展,走的是可持续发展的道路;有效的激励机制和科学合理的竞赛制度保证了运动员竞技水平的快速提高;科学的人才选拔机制保证了运动员的有序流动。Research techniques such as literature references and mathematical statistics,etc.are used for the analysis on the source of NBA players and draft players.It is found that 76% of NBA players came from NCAA in 2007 and an average of 82.9% new players were from NCAA annually from 2005 to 2008.As the largest source of players,NCAA is the backbone of NBA.The factors that contribute to the successful cooperation between NBA and NCAA are as follows： integration of sports and education allows the full development of athletes in their sportsmanship,academic standing and athletic skills in a sustainable manner;effective incentive mechanism and appropriate competition system inspire fast enhancement of players＇ athletic skills;draft mechanism of talented athletes guarantees a smooth flow of athletes.
