摘  要:通过对男子优秀游泳运动员高原相关身体机能指标和有氧能力的测试,探讨游泳运动员高原训练期间运动量、运动强度与人体机能指标之间的规律。结果显示:此次赛前高原训练队员第一周的心率水平与高原前比较显著性升高(P<0.05);四周高原训练对运动员的血红蛋白、血尿素水平没有显著的影响;第一周和第二周的磷酸肌酸激酶值显著高于高原前的水平(P<0.05);血睾酮水平上高原后逐渐升高,第三周与高原前相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);高原训练后的最大通气量、最大氧脉搏和高原训练前比较均有明显提高(P<0.05)。结果表明:科学的赛前高原训练有利于运动员有氧代谢能力及身体机能的提高。Through the tests on the body function indexes and aerobic capacity concerning altitude training of elite male swimming athletes,this study aims to explore the relationship between training load,intensity and body function indexes during altitude training and provide scientific references to rational plan of training load and intensity for the coaches.The findings indicate that the heart rate of the athletes in the first week among pre-competition altitude training shows a significant increase(p0.05);there is no significant effect of the four weeks' altitude training on hemoglobin and blood urea level;the values of creatine phosphoric acid for the first and second week are obviously higher than those before altitude training(p0.05);the blood testosterone while on the high altitude gradually increases and there is significant difference between the values of the third week altitude training(p0.05);there is clear-cut increase in the indexes of the biggest ventilation quantity and oxygen pulse(p0.05).The results suggest that scientific pre-competition altitude training helps improve aerobic capacity and body function of the athletes.
