摘　　要：在论述阅读能力的内涵和作用的基础上,从图书馆自身职责和当前读者状况出发,对图书馆引导读者增强阅读能力的必要性及其应该采取的相应对策作了探讨。Based on expounding the connotations and functions of reading ability,and starting from the responsibility of library itself and the current situation of readers,this paper probes into the necessity that library guides readers to enhance their reading ability and some countermeasure that should be adopted.
