水稻恢复系6180抗稻瘟病的基因分析

摘　　要：采用“累积分布曲线法”，用３个稻瘟病菌系接种鉴定，分析水稻恢复系６１８０抗稻瘟病的基因。结果表明，６１８０对Ｂ１３、Ｅ３两个小种的抗性是由３对显性基因控制的；对Ｂ２９小种的抗性是由２对显性基因控制的。By means of Cumulative Distribution Curve Method, three sets of F 3 lines derived from the cross combination Lijiangxintuanheigu×Restore line 6180 were tested with three strains of Pyricularia oryzae. The results indicated that the resistance of Restore line 6180 to B 13 , E 3 strains were controlled by three dominant genes, and the resistance to B 29 strain was controlled by two dominant genes.
