欧李花芽分化及器官形成

摘　　要：对大叶系欧李树的花芽分化进行了三年取样，制作石蜡切片。观察了花芽分化各期主要特征，发现欧李花芽分化进程快。一朵花从开始分化到雌蕊原始体出现，只需一个月时间。若是，从总的结果枝上的花芽分化看延续时间长，即使一个节位的不同花芽分化时期也不同，其分化时间从６月２８日开始到翌年３月２８日，共９个月。在一个芽内能观察到数个分化时期不同的花芽原始体，其分化进程位于上面的早于侧面的。花芽内侧有一个叶芽，花芽分化早于叶芽；确认欧李的花芽不是单生，而是簇状聚散花序；欧李的花芽是混合芽。Through the investigation and the observation of the paraffin was slices of the big leaf Prunus humilis in three years, the characteristics of the defferent periods of the flower bud differentiation were as following: the periods of the flower bud differentiation were short and the process from the initial diffentiation to the appearence of the original pistil of the flower lasted just one month. But the periods of differentiation of the buds of the fruit bearing shoots were long and the periods of the differentiation of the defferent buds were different even at the same knot. The process of the differentiation of the buds lasted from the June to the march of the next year, it lasted nine monthes. The several orignal buds of the different periods of the differetiation of the buds were seen at one flower bud. The progrwsses of the differentiation were different because of the different locations of the buds. The processes of the differentiation of the upper buds were sooner than the lower buds. The differentiation of the flower buds were sooner than the left buds. So the flower buds of Prunus humilis were not single buds but a clustr of inflorescence. The flower buds of Prunus humilis looked very like miked buds.
