摘  要:目的:比较CGF-1/DE底胶与Dyract/PSA复合体粘接系统对人牙釉质和牙本质的剪切粘结强度(SBS).方法:选择近期拔出的112个人上前牙分14组,用砂纸将唇面磨平至牙釉质或牙本质,按实验设计处理牙齿表面,按厂商说明使用材料井进行粘接,所有试件在37℃水中浸泡24h后在拉力试验机上以10mm/min的速度测试剪切粘接强度.结果:CGF-1/DE底胶、Dyract/PSA对牙釉质的SBS分别为5.79,6.24MPa,无显著性差异(P>0.05);对牙本质的SBS分别为6.72,9.84MPa,相差显著(P<0.05).结论:CGF-1/DE底胶系统对牙釉质的SBS与Dyract/PSA系统接近,对牙本质的SBS低于Dyract/PSA系统.AIM: To compare shear bond strength (SBS) of CGF-1/DE primer with that of Dyract/PSA compomer bonding systems to human enamal or denim. METHODS: 112 human premaxillary teeth were randomly divided into 14 groups of 8 teeth in each. The exposed denim or enamel esuface were treated and bonded to CGF-1/DE primer or Dyract/PSA compomer bonding system according to the experimental design and manufactacture's instructions. All specimens were immersed in water for 24 h at 37 ℃ and then loaded in a shear mode in a tensile testing machine at a crosshead speed of 10mm/min. The SBS values were measured and the data were analyzed using ANOVA and Student-Newman-Keuls test.RESULTS: The SBS of CGF-1/DE primer and Dyract/PSA compomer bonding systems were 5. 79 MPa and 6. 24 MPa (P>0. 05), and to human enamal 6. 72 MPa and 9. 84 MPa (P<0. 05) to denim. CONCLUSIONS: To enamel, the SBS of CGF-1/DE primer is similar to that of Dyract/PSA system,and to denim, the SBS of CGF-1/DE primer is significantly lower than that of Dyract/PSA.
