三种冲洗剂根管清洁作用的实验研究(扫描电镜观察)

摘　　要：作者采用三组冲洗剂对３０颗离体前牙进行常规根管预备．三组冲洗液分别为：Ａ组：３％Ｈ２Ｏ２；Ｂ组：５％ＮａＯＣｌ；Ｃ组：１７％ＥＤＴＡ与５％ＥＤ混合液（体积比４∶３）．然后劈开牙根，用扫描电镜分别对冠１／３、中１／３及尖１／３进行观察、评级．实验表明Ｂ、Ｃ组与Ａ组间冲洗效果有高度显著性（ｐ＜０．０１），Ｂ、Ｃ组无显著差异。Preparing root canals of thirty extracorporeal anterior teeth with three groups of irrigation solution.Those were:A 3%H 2O 2.B 5% NaOCl.C.Mixture of 17% EDTA and 5% ED(Volume ratio is 4:3).Then split the roots,using scanning with Electron-Microscopy for observing the coronal third,middle third and apical third parts,It showed that the comparison of B and C group with A group giving a significant difference(p<0.01).While there was no significant difference between B and C.But C solution had a stronger effect to remove the smear layer at the apical third part than B solution.
