亡相关基因bcl-2和bax在子宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及意义探讨

摘　　要：利用免疫组织化学ＬＳＡＢ法，观察了５１例子宫颈鳞状细胞癌中ｂｃｌ２和ｂａｘ基因产物的表达，以探讨ｂｃｌ２和ｂａｘ与该肿瘤临床病理特征及患者预后的关系。结果表明，５１例子宫颈鳞癌中，４３１３％（２２／５１）ｂｃｌ２产物阳性，５２９４％（２７／５１）ｂａｘ产物阳性。在分化程度高、无淋巴结转移患者中，ｂｃｌ２高表达。在临床分期晚、分化程度低、有淋巴结转移患者中，ｂａｘ高表达。ｂｃｌ２和ｂａｘ表达间呈负相关。提示ｂｃｌ２和ｂａｘ基因蛋白均参与了子宫颈鳞癌的发生发展过程。Belonging to the same family bcl 2 and bax genes can block and promote apoptosis, and are related to the development of some tumors. In the present study ,the expression of bcl 2 and bax was examined in 51 cases of cervical technique. squamous carcinoma(CSC) with immunohistochemical technique.The results showed that bcl 2 staining was detected in 43.13% of CSC and bax expression was found in 52.94% of CSC. Bcl 2 expression was linked with high histological grade and bax expression seemed to have relation with low histological grade and lymph node metastasis. The results indicate that apoptosis related factor bcl 2 and bax are involved in biological behaviour of CSC,they may play an important role in the development of CSC.
