摘　　要：在深入研究港口公共航道船舶交通流特征和船舶行为特征的基础上,提出了船舶航行领域、船舶穿越领域和船舶汇入领域概念,并以此为基础建立了多源汇入汇出条件下港口公共航道通过能力一般计算模型。该模型不仅能反映航道属性、船舶属性和船舶交通流基本参数对航道通过能力的影响,也能反映船舶行为对航道通过能力的影响。Based on the study of the characteristics of the traffic flows and ships behaviors in harbor public channels,this paper introduces the concepts of navigation domain,cross domain and import domain and further sets up a general computing model of harbor public channel traffic capacity under the condition of multiple sources,inbound or outbound.The model reflects the effects of various factors on traffic capacity,not only the effects of the attributes of the channel,ships and traffic flow but also that of ship＇s behavior.
