摘　　要：指出高校图书馆平等意识缺失表现在规章制度制定与馆员服务意识上,从图书馆发展史及馆员与读者构成矛盾体等角度,分析高校图书馆平等意识的缺失原因,提出通过满足读者内在平等精神需求、改变服务理念、搭建与读者的沟通平台来构建高校图书馆平等理念。The paper points out that lack of equity awareness perform in college and university libraries in the aspects of rules and regulations formulation and librarian＇s service awareness. It analyzes the reasons for the lack of equity awareness from the aspects of development history of libraries as well as the contradiction constituted by librarians and readers, then puts forward strategies to construct equity awareness in college and university libraries including satisfying reader＇s inner spiritual needs of equity, changing service ideas and structuring communication platform for readers to form the equity awarcness in libraries.
