摘　　要：医院间医学影像检查协同服务是区域卫生信息化的重要内容。它包括在统一的业务运行模式和相应的技术平台下,实现跨院医学影像检查的结算、预约、检查、报告和诊断,及随之而来的医学影像和报告共享、调阅服务。在医院集团内开展医学影像检查协同服务,可以利用医院集团自身的管理、合作机制,形成有效的服务模式。在该服务的实现中也需要重点制定病人标识互认、检查报告调阅、检查影像调阅等技术方案。Medical image examination cooperation between hospitals is the important content of regional health informationization. It includes expense settlement, booking, examination, reporting, diagnosis of medical image examination between hospitals in uniform operation mode and technical platform, and medical image share and reading. We can use the mechanism of the management and cooperation of hospital group, to carry out medical image examination cooperation in hospital group, and to form useful service mode. In the realization of this service, we need constitute the technical plan of patients ID acceptance between hospitals, examination report reading, and medical image reading.
