摘　　要：通过研究远程医学网络平台和应用技术,结合山东省远程医学网络的具体实践,建立基于通信技术、信息学技术和医疗保健技术的远程医疗服务模式。软件设计采用面向对象的程序设计;Web的应用和数据库开发;基于XML和WebService的数据交换及访问技术;符合DICOM诊断标准的压缩及渐进技术;基于HL7 RIM模型的电子病历可视化技术,面向远程医学,为远程医学过程提供一个统一完整、方便快捷的电子病历集成视图;符合国际HL7、DICOM、LOINC标准的远程医学数据规范。以远程医学网络的电子病历和高清晰视频系统为基础,整合影像、病理、生理参数、三维重建和计算机辅助诊断等远程医学应用系统,构建远程医学集成平台。To study the telemedicine network platform and application technology, combined with Shandong Province the concrete practice of telemedicine network to establish telemedicine service models based on communication technology, information science technology and health care technology. The software design using object-oriented programming; Web application and database development; XML and Web Service-based data exchange and access technologies; meet the diagnostic criteria DICOM compression and progressive technologies; HL7 RIM-based model of electronic medical records Visualization technology-oriented telemedicine for remote medical procedure to provide a unified comprehensive, convenient and integrated view of the electronic medical records; in line with international HL7, DICOM, LOINC standard remote medical data specification. The telemedicine network of electronic medical records and high-definition video system as the foundation, integrated imaging, pathology, physiological parameters, three- dimensional reconstruction and computer-aided diagnostic applications such as tele-medicine, building an integrated platform for telemedicine.
