中药土黄连减轻乳腺癌急性皮肤放疗反应的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药土黄连对乳腺癌患者放疗中皮肤反应的减毒作用。方法:本研究采用前瞻性、随机对照的方法,观察对象为我院从2008年12月30日至2009年10月31日期间在我科行普通模拟放疗的乳腺癌根治术后女性患者70例(年龄32～58岁,中位年龄45岁)。按随机数字表法分为治疗组(土黄连+常规处理)及对照组(仅常规处理)。治疗组纳入37例,对照组纳入33例,治疗过程中评价皮肤反应。结果:两组患者分别经不同的方案(治疗组、对照组)处理。治疗组出现Ⅰ级皮肤反应15人、Ⅱ级皮肤反应16人、Ⅲ级皮肤反应6人、Ⅳ级皮肤反应0人;对照组Ⅰ级皮肤反应5人、Ⅱ级皮肤反应8人、Ⅲ级皮肤反应20人、Ⅳ级皮肤反应0人。结论:土黄连对于减轻乳腺癌皮肤反应有一定疗效。Objective： observing the attenuation of Chinese Holy Leaf to reduce acute skin reaction in the radiotherapy of breast cancer. Methods：The study adoppted a prospective.randomized controlled method. Seventy patients were adopted from dec.31,2008 to oct.31,2009.They were divided the therapeutic arm and the control arm according to table of random digit. The therapeutic arm included 37 patients.The con- tro! arm included 33 patients.The two arms were evaluated in acute skin reaction in the radiotherapy.Results： After different treatments, I ~ade. II grade. In grade.lVgrade skin reactin espexially was 15.16.6.0 patients in therapeutic arm, while the control arm especially was 5.8.20.0 patients. Conclusions： Chinese Holy Leaf is effective to reduce acute skin reaction in the radiotherapy of breast cancer
