摘　　要：《腧穴解剖学》是以严振国教授为首的研究团队在国内率先开设的课程,主要研究腧穴的层次结构、毗邻结构以及针刺意外预防与处理,是《腧穴学》与《局部解剖学》相结合的跨学科课程。以严振国教授《腧穴解剖学》"绪论"教案为例,从腧穴解剖学的定义和学习目的、腧穴解剖学的学习方法、腧穴解剖学的发展历程、常用解剖器械及其使用方法、腧穴的着色方法、解剖操作的基本技术、解剖操作的具体要求等方面做了介绍。Acupoint Anatomy, an interdisciplinary course combining the Acupoints and the Regional Anatomy, was first established by the research team of Professor Yah Zhenguo. It is mainly the study of layered structure and adjacent structure of the acupoints as well as the prevention and treatment of acupuncture accidents. In this paper, the authors describe the Acupoint Anatomy from definition and purpose, learning method, development process, common apparatus and application methods, the coloring way of acupoints, basic technique and specific requirements for anatomical operation.
