摘　　要：《黄帝内经》的生态学思想概括起来涉及到天时、地利、人和三大方面:从整体观认识生命,提出"天人合一""形神合一"的思想;遵从阴阳五行学说,以真气的生化、运行解释人体内环境与外生态系统之间能量、物质、信息三个方面的交流,"阴平阳秘"的状态是最早的人体稳态模型;承认万物之中人类最为宝贵,提倡要想达到祛病强身的目的,必须尊重自然,遵循自然规律。The ecological medicine thoughts in Huangdi Neijing can be summarized into three aspects ： the order of nature, favorable geographical position and harmonious social environment. It understands life from perspective of holistic concept and sets forth the theories of ＂unity of heaven and men＂ and ＂unity of body and spirit＂ ; complying with the theory of wuxing and yinyang, it explains the communication of energy, substance and information between human body and outer ecological system with the trans- formation and moving of essential qi and regards the relative equilibrium of yin-yang as the earliest model to describe stable state of human body; it is also emphasized that man is the most precious in the nature, and to maintain.health and cure disease, one should respect the nature and follow the laws of nature.
