摘  要:针对大型工程机械各类信号与驾驶操控室仪表异地显示的通信问题,提出基于射频模块nRF2401实现无线数据通信的设计方案,详细介绍射频芯片nRF2401的工作原理及特点,并给出了无线通信系统硬件结构、接口电路及相应程序框图。系统的主控制器采用工作在3.0V的低功耗MCU芯片MSP430F149,射频模块为双通道接收的单片收发器nRF2401,显示屏采用带汉字字库点阵液晶驱动芯片YJD12864C-1。经过测试,该无线通信系统通信速率高、通信质量好,传输距离空旷处可达100m。Aiming at the telecommunication problem of instrument display in driver cab for diverse signals in different places,a design scheme based on radio frequency module nRF2401 is presented to realize wireless data communication of construction machinery.Work principle and characteristics of radio frequency chip nRF2401 are expatiated.Hardware structure,interface circuit and related program flow chart are also described.Main controller in the system is MCU chip MSP430F149 with low power consumption and the radio frequency module is single chip receiver/transmitter nRF2401 with dual channels receiving.For the display screen,dot matrix liquid crystal drive chip YJD12864C-1 with Chinese character fonts is adopted.During the test,the wireless communication system exhibits high communicating speed and quality and its transmitting distance reaches 100 m in open area.
