摘 要:某型叉车变速器噪声较大,影响到整车噪声性能指标和舒适性,为研究和降低变速器噪声,对该型变速器进行振动噪声测试分析。把功率谱分析、相干分析和边频带分析等方法结合起来使用,对变速器噪声源进行分析识别,结果表明变矩器处齿轮副啮合噪声是该变速器的主要噪声源,根据振动噪声谱上边频带簇以及变速器的结构等特点分析判断该处齿轮噪声较大的具体原因,发现变矩器两端支撑和安装方式对啮合齿轮对的平行度和中心距等关键尺寸影响较大,难以保证配合精度。建议提高加工和装配精度来降低噪声。High noise of a forklift transmission has already influenced the noise index and operation comfort of the basic machine.In order to study and then reduce the transmission noise,measurement and analysis of vibration and noise are conducted on the transmission.Power spectrum analysis,coherence analysis and side frequency band analysis are all integrated to identify and analyze noise sources of the transmission.The results show that meshing noise of gear pair at the torque converter is the important noise source.Concrete causes of high noise there are analyzed and identified according to characteristics of side frequencies band on vibration and noise spectrum as well as the transmission structure.It is found that the two ends supports and installation type exert great influences to key dimensions such as parallelism and center distance of the gear pair so that the assembly accuracy can be ensured.It is suggested that machining and assembly accuracies should be increased to reduce the noise.
