四逆散临证应用三则

摘　　要：运用四逆散临证三则：脂肪肝，证属肝郁湿阻，气滞血瘀，治宜疏肝行气，化湿散瘀。胆汁反流性胃炎，证属肝胃不和，胃气上逆，治宜疏肝和胃，理气降逆。肠易激综合征，证属肝脾失调，肝郁脾虚，治宜疏肝扶脾，调和肝脾。Three examples of Si - Ni - San which was applied successfully in clinical therapeutics are deseribed： Fatty Liver, due to stagnation of liver - qi with accumulation of dampness, qi - stagnancy and blood stasis, should be applicable in the treatment of soothing liver with promoting qi, dissipating dampness and ellminating stasis of activate blood clreulatlon. Bile Reflux Gastritis, due to liver - stomach disharmony, and adverse rising of gastric - qi, should be applicable in the treatment of soothing liver with regulating stomach, modulating qi and calming the adverse - rising energy. Irritable Bowel Syndrome, due to detuning of liver and spleen, stagnation of liver - qi with deficiency of the spleen, should be applicable in the treatment of soothing liver and tonifying Spleen, harmonizing liver - spleen.
