胃癌及癌前病变血瘀证辨证客观化的探讨——COX-2 VEGF CD_(34)与血瘀证相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:研究旨在探讨胃癌及胃癌癌前病变患者血瘀证的客观指标。方法:对162例胃癌、胃癌癌前病变及浅表性胃炎的患者进行血瘀证评分,用免疫组化Pictuve二步法分别测定其胃黏膜COX-1、COX-2、VEGF、CD34表达水平,用统计软件SPSS11.0的spearmam相关分析方法分析血瘀证评分与各指标之间的相关关系。结果:血瘀证评分与COX-2呈中度相关,与VEGF呈低度相关,与COX-1及CD34则无相关关系。结论:可以把COX-2的表达水平作为血瘀证辨证的客观指标。Objective： This study aimed to explore the objective indicators of blood stasis pattern of patients with gastric cancer and gastric precancerous lesions.Methods： 162 patients with gastric cancer、gastric precancerous lesions and superficial gastritis were scored on blood stasis pattern.And their gastric mucosa was bioassayed by immunohistochemistry Pictuve two-step method on the expression of COX-1,COX-2,VEGF,CD34.We analyzed the correlation between blood stasis score and each index by spearmam of SPSS 11.0.Results： The score of blood stasis pattern was correlated with COX-2 moderately.It was correlated with VEGF in a low degree.It had no correlation with COX-1 or CD34.Conclusion： The expression of COX-2 can be an objective indicator of blood stasis pattern.
