摘　　要：气化是人体生命活动的本源,是脏腑调节的重要因素。气化异常是导致脏腑功能紊乱及代谢障碍的关键因素。气化失常,气机阻滞,从而引起气血津液的流变障碍,是糖尿病的病机。从补肾入手,宣畅气化是治疗糖尿病的根本法则。Qi-varying is the origin of human life and an important factor in regulating Zangfu-organs.Disorders of Qi-varying is a key factor in the Zangfu-organs dysfunction and dysbolism.Disorders of Qi-varying and blocks of Qi-movement,which led to the rheological barriers of Qi,blood and body fluid,are the pathogenesis of diabetes.Starting from invigorating the kidney,dispersing Qi-varying is the fundamental law of the treatment of diabetes.
