出血性中风中西医结合综合治疗方案临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察具有中医特色的中西医结合综合治疗方案治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效。方法:采用多中心、随机对照试验的设计方法,258例患者分别用中西医结合综合治疗组(试验组125例)和西医综合治疗对照组(对照组133例)治疗,并观察患者日常生活活动能力(ADL)及生活质量(QOL)等相关指标。结果治疗后28天试验组的MBI、QOL评分改善优于对照组(P<0.05),两组病例肺部感染、肩手综合征等并发症的发病率3个月后与治疗28天后相比差异无显著性(P>0.05),MBI分级两组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后3个月试验组在MBI、QOL评分及MBI分级改善均优于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:中西医结合综合治疗能改善急性脑出血患者残障情况,提高其生活质量。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of a comprehensive protocol of integrative medicine based on the Chinese medicine theory of treatment in treating acute intracerebral hemorrhage（ AICH） .Methods： A multi-center,random and control clinical trial was adopted with 258 patients with AICH,they were divided into the experiment group（ 125 cases） treated with Chinese medicine comprehensive protocol,and the control group（ 133 cases） treated with western medicine comprehensive protocol,and AICH related indexes such as modified Barthel index（ MBI） ,quality of life index（ QOL） were assessed at the 28th day and the third month after treatment.Results： Compared with the control group,the MBI and QOL grade after treatment was ameliorated at the 28th day in the treatment group（ P 0.05） ,and the MBI,QOL grade and MBI rate was ameliorated at the third month after treatment（ P 0.05 or 0.01） .But the MBI rate at the 28th day and incidence of complications such as lung infection and shoulder-hand syndrome at the 28th day and the third month after stroke of two groups had no differences（ P 0.05） .Conclusion： The comprehensive protocol of integrative medicine can improve the life quality and reduce disability in patients with AICH.
